INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL LINKAGE

It is the policy of the Centre to collaborate with internal and external institutions to reinforce the process of dispute settlement and to expose the Centre to instructive developments in other countries. In this regard, the Centre is entering into collaborative arrangements with the Ghana Chamber of Commerce and the Private Enterprise Foundation. The Centre has also concluded co-operation agreements with the Association of Arbitrators of Southern Africa and the India Council of Arbitration.

We trust that the professional and business community will welcome and support this endeavour to strengthen the institutional frame-work for the settlement of disputes.
